Air Moto is developed and published by Jie Tong. Yunmao Intelligent (云卯智能) is the product studio name used for this app. This policy explains how the Air Moto iPhone and Apple Watch apps handle information. It does not replace Apple's policies for the App Store, Apple Account, or payments.
Information the app uses
- Motion: When you use motion-controlled throttle, the app reads motion sensor data to calculate the virtual throttle. Processing happens on your device. We do not receive or store your motion history on a server.
- Preferences: Your selected engine, dial, and control settings are saved locally on your device so the app can remember them.
- Purchases: Apple processes Air Moto Pro purchases and provides the app with verified purchase entitlement information so it can unlock features and restore access. We do not receive your payment card details.
Collection and sharing
The current app has no developer account system, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or developer-operated data upload service. It does not transmit motion readings or saved preferences to the developer. We do not sell personal data. Apple may process purchase and App Store information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention, control, and deletion
Motion readings are used during the active session and are not retained by our server. Locally saved preferences remain on the device until changed or the app is removed, subject to the device's backup and restore settings. You can stop motion processing by changing the throttle mode or closing the app. To remove local app data, delete the app from your device. Apple manages purchase records and associated requests under its own policies.
Support requests and this website
If you email support, we use the information you provide only to respond and handle your request. You can ask us to delete that correspondence by emailing the address below, subject to records we must retain under applicable law. When you visit this website, Cloudflare may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. This website has no advertising or analytics scripts. The home and product pages can store a language preference in your browser's local storage.
Changes
If Air Moto's data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will also be reflected in the app or App Store information as appropriate.
