For app issues, purchase questions, accessibility feedback, or suggestions, email us. Please include your device model, system version, app version, and a short description. Do not send payment card numbers or passwords.
如遇功能、购买或声音问题，或想提出建议，请来信。写明设备型号、系统版本、App 版本和问题现象即可；请勿发送银行卡号或密码。

Read the privacy policy / 阅读隐私政策 ↗There is no sound on my Apple Watch. / 手表没有声音怎么办？
Check the output route shown in the app and the Watch's volume. Audio routing depends on your Watch model and connected devices; some models require Bluetooth headphones or a speaker. Try audio from another Watch app first, then restart Air Moto.
先查看 App 显示的输出设备和手表音量。不同手表型号支持的音频输出不同，部分型号需要蓝牙耳机或音箱。可先用其他手表 App 验证音频设备，再重新打开空气摩托。
How do I restore Pro? / 如何恢复 Pro？
Open the Pro purchase screen or Settings in Air Moto and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If the store is temporarily unavailable, reconnect and try again.
在空气摩托的 Pro 页面或设置中选择“恢复购买”，并确认使用购买时的同一个 Apple 账户。如商店暂不可用，恢复网络后重试。
Does simulated speed measure my ride? / 模拟时速是真实测速吗？
No. It is an entertainment value calculated from the virtual engine state. It does not use GPS and must not be used to judge real travel speed or safety.
不是。它只是依据虚拟引擎状态计算的娱乐数值，不使用 GPS，也不能用于判断真实车速或行车安全。
Is the engine sound a recording of a real motorcycle? / 声浪来自真实车型录音吗？
No. Air Moto creates original sounds in the app. The engine styles are creative interpretations and do not claim to reproduce a specific motorcycle model.
不是。空气摩托在设备上实时合成原创音色，不声称精确复刻某款摩托车。
Can I use Air Moto on iPhone without a Watch? / 没有手表能玩吗？
Yes. The iPhone app has its own garage, throttle controls, sounds, and dials. The Apple Watch app can also run independently.
可以。iPhone 版有独立的车库、油门、声音和仪表；Apple Watch 版也能独立运行。
