Scope and developer
Air Moto is developed and published by Jie Tong. Yunmao (云卯智能) is the product studio name used for the app. This policy covers the Air Moto iPhone and Apple Watch apps and explains information handling on this website and through support email. Apple’s App Store, Apple Account, and payment services are subject to Apple’s own policies.
Motion and preferences
When motion throttle is used, the app reads motion sensor data to calculate the virtual throttle. Processing happens on your device. Your engine, gauge, and control preferences are saved locally. We do not receive or store motion history on a server, or transmit motion readings or saved preferences to the developer.
Purchases and Pro access on paired devices
Apple processes Pro purchases and provides entitlement information for verifying access and restoring purchases. The app caches verified access locally. iPhone and its paired Apple Watch can exchange Pro entitlement information through Apple’s WatchConnectivity to keep access in sync. This information is not sent to a developer-operated server. We do not receive payment card details. Apple processes purchase and App Store information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Collection and sharing
The current app has no developer account system, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or developer-operated upload service. We do not sell personal data. The speed displayed in the app is simulated and does not use GPS to measure real-world speed.
Retention, control, and deletion
Motion readings are used for current throttle calculations and are not retained on our server. Device preferences and cached access remain until updated or cleared by the app, or the app is removed; system backup and restore behavior depends on device settings. Switch controls or close the app to stop motion throttle processing. Deleting the app removes its local data; it does not cancel a completed purchase. Apple manages purchase records and related requests under its own policies.
Support email
If you email support, we use the information you choose to provide to respond and handle your request. You may ask us to delete correspondence using the email below, subject to records we must retain under applicable law. Do not send account passwords or payment card details.
This website
Cloudflare may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect this website. The site has no advertising or analytics scripts. Some pages may save a language preference in browser local storage. The updated Air Moto pages use separate Chinese and English URLs and do not depend on browser storage to switch language.
Policy updates
If Air Moto’s data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date and, where appropriate, the app or App Store privacy information.
